  • Social media content creation and platform management. Can include posts for Facebook, IG, LinkedIn & TikTok as client has need for. Includes stories where available and reels for provided video content. Does not include social media ads, boosted posts, “likes” or “followers” promo.

Email marketing - $495/ mo

  • Custom created email newsletter (1) or up to 4 email promotional “blasts” a month. Includes email platform maintenance as needed, copywriting, graphic design, interactive content linked such as videos, buttons, links, etc.

Email drip sequence build - $600/ flat rate

  • Setup email automated workflow in existing email software of up to 5 emails in sequence. Includes copywriting, graphics, links, etc. and custom tutorial for sequence maintenance.

Blog article - $150/ ea.

  • Custom written, researched blog article suitable for your website blog page with appropriate call to action. Can include uploading and formatting blog article to your website if accessible.

Email marketing set up - $450/ flat rate

  • Setup email marketing software service with custom, branded templates for future use. Includes uploading existing email list, incorporating tags/segments and integration into your existing website if accessible. Third party software subscription necessary and charged separately.

lead magnet downloadable - $300/ flat rate

  • Create custom lead magnet suitable for digital distribution in email marketing campaigns. Lead magnets may include checklists, e-guides (up to 2 pages), infographics, etc. Workbooks, lengthy e-guides, webinars, etc. also available at a custom rate.

custom services - $125/ hr

  • Don’t see what you need here... Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll custom quote it! While this price sheet lists some of our most popular services, sometimes there’s that unicorn need we couldn’t see coming. So just ask us! We’ll tell you for sure if it’s something we can help with or we’ll point you to the best person for the job. We have lots of great industry connections and contacts.

Most of our services are offered month-to-month with no long-term contracts. That means you can add more services as you need them, dump the services you don’t need at the moment, or cancel your services entirely. All we ask is for a little heads up. You’re not locked in and there’s no penalty.

    • Worried about comments and messages? We’ve got that covered! We’ll respond to comments for you as well as monitor comments and messages and notify you if there is something that needs your specific attention.

  • You bet! Ultimately, your social media channels are still your channels…so feel free to go live, post a video or anything else for that matter. If you need some help with that or want some guidance, we are happy to help you out!

  • We do our best to take on your voice and your messaging so that your followers don’t realize you aren’t the one directly posting to your account. That’s something we develop together as we meet each month and as you review your posting plan each week.

  • We know life and business is uncertain and if you have something that comes up unexpectedly, we want to help you get the word out across your channels. We give each social media client a direct communication link where we discuss everything pertaining to your account. So if an emergency strikes, we are here to respond right away … think of it as your own bat phone and bat signal!

  • Yes! We love submitted content. We can format it and fancy it up a bit if need be to make it best for social media. So never fear… send over what you have and we’ll use it in the best way we can. And of course, if there are certain things you need to share at a certain time… just let us know!

  • We encourage value-packed emails that aren’t just sales-y, money-grabbing emails. We want to convey your message in a personal way that speaks like a friend chatting and catching up over coffee. It goes back to the know, like and trust factor… which holds true in email marketing, too.

  • No worries! We can set you up with an email marketing delivery system that works best for you and most of the time those systems are free!

  • Absolutely not! We protect your email addresses and keep them safe so that no one intercepts them and they will never be sold to any other providers. In fact, your email list is yours! Whenever you want to have it, we’ll be happy to download it for you at any time.

  • We discuss the timeline as part of your monthly consultation. Depending on what you need, the time can change each month. While we don’t tie you to a certain sending date each month, we do want to create enough time to craft your email and give you time to view it before it goes out.

  • We can provide links or the html code for you to share your email newsletters on your website if your site has that capability. While you do have some options to share newsletters on your social media, we often suggest that you refrain from sharing on your social media channels… we want people to subscribe to get your emails. If it exists on social media channels, they don’t have to sign up!

  • It’s no problem! We pride ourselves on being able to curate and create newsletters out of thin air! But usually, we are able to come up with some great ideas for you that get the juices flowing! We work as a team to get it done for you!
