Lots of studies show that someone referred to a service provider is more likely to purchase or engage that service provider…. way more than just hearing an ad or seeing a social media post. So, if these referrals are so important, doesn’t it stand to prove that a strategy in keeping and growing these relationships is money best spent? You bet! Welcome to the 3RMethod™ - where we partner with you to grow your business in 3 specific ways: Relationships, Referrals & Revenue.

This specific formula was developed to create a more helpful way to market your services, rather than be full of hype. With that philosophy in mind, the 3RMethod™ was developed to deliver value to a select group of people who are most likely to send business your way. These people are referral sources and require a specialized and unique approach in order to cultivate a relationship that will then generate referrals that will then grow your revenue. How do we do it? Great question! Here’s a synopsis:

Quarterly Approach

Each quarter we strategically plan custom touches for your referral sources. Each quarter includes an online touchpoint, an in-print touchpoint and an in-person touchpoint. These touchpoints may look like:

  • a special VIP online experience, webinar or download bonus.

  • a handwritten note, a birthday card or a printed item of value they can use

  • an in-person visit that includes a simple gift, an invite to lunch, or an invite to an event you’re hosting just for them.

These are just a few examples of what we use as touchpoints for our clients. The best part about these touchpoints is that we partner with you to ensure they are planned and executed on time and efficiently. We do the heavy lifting to create what’s needed for that touchpoint. You get to receive all the applause and look like a rockstar! We keep record of who got what and any notes or results from the touchpoint and use all of that data to help us in the future.

Active Referrals

A simple “thank you” goes a long with most folks. We stand at the ready to offer such “thanks” on your behalf for referrals received from your valued sources. We agree on a standard “thank you” process and protocol and roll out the gratitude when a referral comes in. We’ll also keep your referral source updated as your services progress with the person who was referred and send more gratitude when the “deal” is completed.

Referral Tracking

Referrals feel all warm and fuzzy but there’s more to it than just feeling good. Data points mean everything when determining what business has come from where and from who. That’s why we keep detailed notes and records on not only who’s on your referrals source list but also who they refer and what revenue that meant for you. Quarterly reports are sent your way so you can see the result for yourself. We’ll use this timeline to also look at who’s on the list and if any changes should be made.

What’s included:

  • Monthly strategy calls for planning, execution and updates.

  • Our team support in creating the online, in-print and in-person touchpoints. No matter what is decided for these touchpoints, the monthly service fee is the same. One quarter may include a hosted webinar, custom mailing and custom created popby gifts while another quarter may include an online offer, handwritten notes and a VIP referral party. We support, plan and help to execute each of these as we would if they were individually purchased.

  • Tracking and reports for all touchpoints.

  • Database management and updates.

The 3RMethod™ subscription is $850 a month and requires a 12-month agreement. Because of the unique nature of this service, we only work with one company in its industry.
